Bi-cast leather is manufactured using split leather hides with an application of a thick polyurethane layer which provides a smooth finish as well as protection. The grain and natural characteristics of a real leather hide is embossed into the surface during manufacture giving bi-cast leather the same warm luxurious appearance of full leather as well as being very durable and will resist water based spillages.
